Terms of Service

Welcome to Transcential Wellness. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

1.1. Transcential Wellness provides remedial massage services tailored to individual needs.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Appointments

2.1. All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
2.2. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
2.3. If you are late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will incur a 30% charge of the session fee.

4. Parking and Neighborhood Etiquette

4.1. Clients must observe all street parking rules. Parking is only permitted on the street, not on the driveway or in the garage. The garage is reserved exclusively for the residents of the home.
4.2. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
4.3. As our service location is a home business, we ask that you respect the rights and privacy of the homeowners. Do not leave the designated massage room without staff permission, including for restroom use.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your session.
5.2. Transcential Wellness is not responsible for any injury or health condition that may result from the massage if relevant medical information was not disclosed.
5.3. We are a remedial massage service focused on treating physical and mental discomfort. Please respect our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior or inappropriate requests, including requests for sexual services. If our staff feel unsafe, we will notify the police immediately.

6. Payment

6.1. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
6.2. We accept HICAPS Terminal Payments, Credit/Debit Cards and cash payments.
6.3. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Gift Vouchers

7.1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
7.2. Gift vouchers are valid for [specify duration] from the date of purchase.

8. Privacy

8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
8.2. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

9. Liability

9.1. Transcential Wellness is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during or after the provision of our services unless it is due to gross negligence on our part.
9.2. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings during your visit.

10. Code of Practice

10.2. We maintain a professional environment and expect all clients to behave respectfully towards our staff. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and the client may be banned from future services.
